In this story of hope, April Boyd shares her story of infant loss as well as the organization she founded, Love & Loss Project.

In episode #091, April shares her personal story of loss and her expertise as a psychotherapist and coach. Unfortunately, April had to put her own training to the test when her daughter passed away at one day old.

April helps women and couples across the globe to heal and grow after loss and heartbreak. She is the creator of the Baby Loss Survival Guide and the founder of the Love & Loss Project, an online comfort and inspiration station for women who have experienced the loss of a baby or pregnancy. April is committed to turning the tragedy of her daughter’s brief life story into a love story by living her own life as brightly as possible and helping others to do the same. When April is not doing the work she loves to do, she’s usually lost and searching for coffee and wifi in some far away country. When we recorded this interview, she was in Turkey!
